Tuesday is our first LoI in, well quite some time, so we need be brushing off some dust.
So, a programme to get us started:
1. LoI this Tuesday 10th August – openings & closings to get every one thinking, start preparations for our August meeting; we can use both current and next year’s officers should time allow and get some early work for September’s Installation. We can also make sure we are clear about what we are doing at August’s meeting.
2. I’ve started the process of allocating work to volunteers and will complete that in the coming days – if you want to be involved in the work don’t fell you have to wait for me to contact you!
3. Rehearsal Tuesday 24th August – make sure we’re crisp for the following day’s meeting, then start preparations for September, probably stepping through the order of events with brothers aware of their roles
4. LoI September – first full walkthrough
5. Rehearsal September – full rehearsal
Having had so much time away from the Temple, I think it best we use our first two/few LoIs as rehearsals, and rehearsals to double-up on preparation.
